Louis Vuitton shoe trunks are always surprisingly ingenious. They mainly exist in 2 sizes: the
very small sizes are horizontal to hold ten pairs of shoes and the larger ones are vertical
to hold thirty pairs in small boxes. The most famous of this type of trunk had been made for Lily Pons.

This trunk was a special order made in 1980s .It features monogram canvas, stamped LV solid brass locks, corners and studs. On the top is the leather handle ,Louis Vuitton embossed. Inside is all brown suedine featuring 12 compartments, each one with its matching cushion except one that is missing. it still has got its serial number inside. Its first use was for shoes storage but it is in such pristine condition that it could be used to store many other things: Lingerie, jewels, scarves. It also could be a beautiful side table. This piece is very rare and perhaps a unique piece. It is in very good condition . 1 scratch shown on the 4th and 5th photos.
