Art Deco Midcentury Italian Sideboard with Inlay by Vittorio Dassi, Credenza

7500 €
Reference : MO-2012

Spectacular and very rare Italian Mid century sideboard created by Vittorio Dassi in the 1940s. At the end, it features two curved doors and in the center there are 3 columns of 2 drawers, so a total of 6 drawers. Each drawer has got Murano Glass handle. Externally it is all richly decorated with an impressive marquetry. Glass top in black opaline. The cabinet is supported by large legs resting on a marble base. This Italian Mid century Sideboard is a real Italian masterpiece of the period, in very good conditions of the period as the images show, with slight signs of wear consistent with age and gentle use. The wooden inlaid surfaces show sign of age without any damage. It just shows that it is not new, as you can see on photos. Very clean interior.
