This Goyard steamer trunk features the very sought after chevrons canvas as well as all solid brass fittings: Goyard marked side handles and locks. Goyard plaques on each side. Brass studs. This trunk has many wood slats as well as all leather chocolate color trims.It is beautiful and has a very rich patina. It has got customized yellow and black painted stripes on its sides. Measures: 90 cm Its interior has been relined a while ago in yellow soft microfiber and is very clean.It is perfect for storage. Original zinc and wood slats bottom. A custom made removable wood stand has been done in order to get its total height from 33 cm to 48 cm, that is the perfect height for a coffee table use.

This trunk was a special order made in 1980s .It features monogram canvas, stamped LV solid brass locks, corners and studs. On the top is the leather handle ,Louis Vuitton embossed. Inside is all brown suedine featuring 12 compartments, each one with its matching cushion except one that is missing. it still has got its serial number inside. Its first use was for shoes storage but it is in such pristine condition that it could be used to store many other things: Lingerie, jewels, scarves. It also could be a beautiful side table. This piece is very rare and perhaps a unique piece. It is in very good condition . 1 scratch shown on the 4th and 5th photos.

This beautiful Louis Vuitton Trunk features the very rare and sought after checkered pattern canvas. This canvas that also called damiers canvas is typical from the end of the 19th century. Moreover this trunk is a high end one as far as it features all leather trim and solid brass hardware : corners, stamped lock and clasps, stamped side handles and all its stamped studs. It still has got a couple of traveling tags and is full of charm. This Louis Vuitton Trunk in Checkerrd Pattern got a beautiful, rich and warm patina.
Underneath, it is original zinc bottom to protect from humidity during long travels. Its interior is complete with its original quilted lid, its Louis Vuitton label and its serial number. It shows little stains but we have to keep in mind that it is more than 120 years old ,so it is understandable. Nevertheless, generally speaking ,it is clean and fresh, no smell. It could be used for storage or as a coffee table or a blanket trunk. Also, it still has got its gorgeous removable tray with all its compartments inside. Without its wooden stand,its height is 33 cm and with its stand it becomes 50 cm tall
