This superb 1920’s Louis Vuitton steamer trunk features stenciled monogram canvas, deep chocolate color leather trim, LV stamped solid brass locks and studs as well as solid brass side handles and brass corners. It has got a beautiful original warm patina and is very elegant. Its interior is all original too and complete with its removable tray.. It still has got its inside label and serial number. Its original quilting under its lid is original too. Inside is pretty clean and could be used for storage.It is all original beige lining. Underneath,it has kept its original orange canvas. This 1920’s Louis Vuitton steamer trunk would be a magnificent conversation piece in high end interiors as a console table or blanket trunk. Measure: 100 cm long. Its general condition is very good, considering its age. Please note that ,for a reason I don’t know, one of its 2 latches has been drilled…

Superb Louis Vuitton steamer trunk featuring stenciled canvas, all leather trim in deep chocolate color, solid brass Louis Vuitton stamped clasps, lock and studs, solid brass corners and solid brass LV stamped side handles. Measure: 76 cm Customized painted French flag and stripes on its sides. Very warm and rich patina.Please note that its solid brass handles on its sides are a little twisted,as shown on photos. This trunk has kept its original interior and has never been relined, it also has kept its original quilting under its lid. It still has got its original Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. Its quilting is a little teared on the top right,as shown on photos but is original. Underneath, it was made of zinc to protect it from humidity for travels. It is in beautiful vintage condition as it has to be considering its age, around 100 years old. Perfect to use as a coffee table, blanket box or side table.

Moreover, it features silver trim and hardware: corners, and LV stamped side handles . Its lock is solid brass and is stamped Louis Vuitton too. It still has got many travels' labels. This Louis Vuitton Trunk has got a beautiful, rich and warm patina.
Its interior is all original , beige and red lines with its Louis Vuitton label and its serial number. It is complete with its small removable webbed basket and its large one. It shows little stains but we have to keep in mind that it is more than 120 years old, so it is understandable.

1910s Authentic Orange Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk

This unusual large Louis Vuitton trunk features beautiful orange canvas, all leather trim in chocolate color, large leather side handles, as well as all Louis Vuitton stamped brass lock, clasps and studs. It has got a very nice and rich patina.
Its interior is all original beige linen with its original quilting under its lid . The ribbon for quilting is stitched Louis Vuitton all the way.
It still has got its Louis Vuitton label. It is nice and fresh, no smell.
Generally speaking, its interior is rather clean when one keeps in mind that it is over 110 years old. So, obviously, it is not in perfect conditions, there are a couple of stains. Underneath, it still has got its original canvas and its wooden slats.
A bespoke wooden stand wal built in order to have this trunk a little taller. Without its wooden stand, it is only 40 cm tall.
Moreover, as a cabin trunk, this piece is originally taller than regular cabin trunks, it is very unusual.
This authentic Louis Vuitton steamer trunk could be used as a coffee table or a blanket trunk in all chic interiors. Measures: 110 cm.
