1930’s Moynat Steamer Trunk with M Pattern, 90 cm

This Moynat steamer trunk features very nice and sought after beige vellum as well as copper corners, 2 copper Moynat stamped locks, two large leather side handles and one more on the front with Moynat stamped flanges. Its traveling labels add a lot of personality to this high end piece of luggage.
On one side, it still features its “Malles Moynat ” brass plaques. Its interior has been relined a while ago in beige canvas and it is in perfect condition with its blue ribbon quilting.It is a perfect storage piece.
It still has got its original inside Moynat label too. Please note that its 2 locks don’t work. There is no key. It could be a very nice coffee table or a blanket chest.
Anyway, as it is luxury brand, it will bring a very elegant touch to all styles of interiors , classic, modern, design or contemporary.
Originally, this trunk by itself is only 33 cm tall . But with its custom made wood stand it becomes higher and it reaches 47 cm tall, the regular height of a coffee table or a blanket trunk . It is included in price.
