This wonderful Louis Vuitton paperweight is all made of lithographed metal. It features the letters “A and P” to either end as well as customized painted stripes. Its exterior features the signature stripes pattern with functional brass hinges, lock and clasps. Its side handles unfold too. This stunning piece bears all the fine details of the life-size Vuitton trunks.

As to its interior, it is lined in ivory cotton, with its 2 removable trays. It features its red ribbon detailing on the inside of its lid as well as its corresponding period Louis Vuitton label. This 2013 mini trunk with stripes is a perfect miniature of a 1888 model, courrier trunk, faithfully reduced to 1/7 scale. This mini Louis Vuitton trunk was made in 2013 as a very rare VIP present and has never been commercialized by Vuitton. It could be used as a very chic paper weight or as a very exclusive little jewels box. Its size is 60 mm x 70 mm x 110 mm. It comes with its original Louis Vuitton box.
