1920’s Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk in Stenciled Monogram, 90 cm Vuitton Trunk

This superb Louis Vuitton cabin trunk is very rare. Indeed, its dimensions are small for a cabin trunk since it reaches only 90 cm wide.

This Vuitton trunk features hand stenciled monogram canvas, light honey color lozine trim and Louis Vuitton stamped solid brass locks and clasps, Louis Vuitton stamped studs as well as large leather side handles. Its patina is warm and elegant. Its customized hand painted French flag on both sides adds a very unique and elegant touch.

Interior is original, original lining as well as original quilting under its lid and it still has got its Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. As it is over 100 years old, it has got little light stains as we can see on photos but nothing too serious. There is no smell. Its interior is nice and clean. Its bottom still has got its original monogram canvas.

It could be used as a very elegant and spectacular coffee table or a blanket trunk at the end of a bed. Please note that this Vuitton trunk by itself is only 33 cm tall but thanks to its bespoke wooden stand, it reaches 50 cm tall, perfect height for a coffee table.
