Its top section pops up .It features a divided hinged top opening to a rising platform all fitted with a complete set of Baccarat crystal glasses as well as a tantalus with 2 cut crystal decanters. … It is a real surprise cabinet as from its exterior ,one can’t imagine what is inside but when it opens, it is breathtaking with its rising platform full of Baccarat glasses… It still wears its brass original maker’s plaque: Drew and Sons. A gorgeous vase in clear and deep red blown Murano glass, hand decorated with the technique rostrato: spikes of glass individually pulled in relief. Thick walled casing glass produces a lot of iridescent reflects. Signed on the bottom. 7 kg.
Beautiful French steel and iron safe opening with its keys and its four letters’ combination. Fully functional. It features two doors, one on the top and another one in its base. The top door reveals a very sturdy mechanism closing thanks to an intricate three locks mechanism with one key and four letters combinations. Inside reveals one hidden extra little safe locking thanks to its key. There is also a bottom door locking with its key. Very nice patina. It still has got its maker’s plaque, Petitjean, Paris, France. This antique safe is as well a perfect piece of decoration as a convenient piece for storage. It also could be used as a bar. It could fit with classic, industrial, Mid-Century Modern or contemporary interiors.
