This beautiful Louis Vuitton hat box features monogram canvas, brass fittings , corners, LV stamped lock and clasps and a very sturdy and comfortable leather handle. Its trim is stamped Louis Vuitton all around. It features customized hand painted French flag under its handle . Interior is complete and in perfect condition with its Louis Vuitton label and serial number. It still features its removable webbed basket. No stain, no smell inside. This Louis Vuitton monogrammed trunk could be used as a high end piece of decoration as a small coffee table or side table but could also be used for travel in style, obviously… Its dimensions are 50 cm x 50 cm and 23 cm high. These dimensions are very unusual, it was perhaps a special made to order piece of luggage.

Superb 1920's Louis Vuitton Hat box, steamer trunk featuring stenciled canvas, all leather trim in deep chocolate color, solid brass Louis Vuitton stamped clasps, lock and studs, solid brass corners and solid brass LV stamped side handles. Measure: 76 cm Customized painted French flag and stripes on its sides. Very warm and rich patina.Please note that its solid brass handles on its sides are a little twisted,as shown on photos. This trunk has kept its original interior and has never been relined, it also has kept its original quilting under its lid. It still has got its original Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. Its quilting is a little teared on the top right,as shown on photos but is original. Underneath, it was made of zinc to protect it from humidity for travels. This 1920's Louis Vuitton Hat box is in beautiful vintage condition as it has to be considering its age, around 100 years old... Perfect to use as a coffee table, blanket box or side table.

This trunk was a special order made in 2000's. It features checkers canvas, stamped LV solid brass locks, corners and studs. On the top is the leather handle, Louis Vuitton embossed. Inside is all brown suedine featuring 12 compartments, each one with its matching cushion ,nothing is missing. It still has got its serial number inside. It still has got its 2 working keys. and its original all leather name holder. Its first use was for shoes storage but it is in such pristine condition that it could be used to store many other things: Lingerie, jewels, scarves. It also could be a beautiful side table. This Louis Vuitton checkers shoe trunk is very rare Moreover it is even harder to find in checkers canvas than in monogram. It is in excellent condition, as new.
