1920’s Louis Vuitton Trunk, 70 cm Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk

Superb Louis Vuitton steamer trunk featuring stenciled canvas, all leather trim in deep chocolate color, solid brass Louis Vuitton stamped clasps, lock and studs, solid brass corners and solid brass LV stamped side handles. Measure: 76 cm
Customized painted French flag and stripes on its sides. Very warm and rich patina.Please note that its solid brass handles on its sides are a little twisted,as shown on photos.
This trunk has kept its original interior and has never been relined, it also has kept its original quilting under its lid. It still has got its original Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. Its quilting is a little teared on the top right,as shown on photos but is original.
Underneath, it was made of zinc to protect it from humidity for travels.
It is in beautiful vintage condition as it has to be considering its age, around 100 years old.
Perfect to use as a coffee table, blanket box or side table.
