It is a limited 2010’s edition. Reserved for VIP customers of Louis Vuitton. It is a clear glass dome with logo embossed acrylic base. This very decorative piece comes with its original box.
It could be used as a high end decoration piece or as a paper weight and is absolutely gorgeous.

Antique end of the 19th century genuine and superb Louis Vuitton "Malle Courrier" or steamer trunk, medium size, rare and sought after Tissé monogram canvas, black metal bound with brass studs, reinforced with wooden laths, with wheels to the base and large black steel handles to either end. Its handles are stamped Louis Vuitton.
It has got a very warm and lively look thanks to its patinated by time woven canvas.
Its main lock, made of solid brass is stamped Louis Vuitton, as well as its brass studs. Its lock number is stamped. This beautiful Vuitton trunk also features many traveling labels as well as a hand painted red star on its both sides. These details make this Vuitton trunk very unique.
Its interior has been perfectly relined with a beige fabric as well as its quilting . They have been relined exactly as they used to be originally. So, it is perfect interior, very convenient for storage.
Brand tag on the internal side of the cover reading "Louis Vuitton I. Rue scribe Paris, 149 new bond style London."
It is in overall good condition but please note that its canvas is gently worned and show signs of fading here and then as shown on photo...This is what gives to this magnificent Vuitton trunk its so special personality.

Its patina is warm and elegant.
Interior has been relined a while ago, exactly like it used to be formerly. it still has got its Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. Its interior is nice and clean. Its bottom still has got its original monogram canvas.

Measure: 76 cm Customized painted French flag and stripes on its sides. Very warm and rich patina.Please note that its solid brass handles on its sides are a little twisted,as shown on photos. This trunk has kept its original interior and has never been relined, it also has kept its original quilting under its lid. It still has got its original Louis Vuitton label as well as its serial number. Its quilting is a little teared on the top right,as shown on photos but is original. Underneath, it was made of zinc to protect it from humidity for travels. It is in beautiful vintage condition as it has to be considering its age, around 100 years old. Perfect to use as a coffee table, blanket box or side table.

Its many traveling labels add a very special and unique look to this beautiful trunk.Its interior is all original too and complete with its removable tray. It still has got its inside label and serial number. Its quilting under its lid is original too.
Inside is pretty clean and could be used for storage. It is all original beige lining.
Underneath, it has kept its original orange canvas. It would be a magnificent conversation piece in high end interiors as a coffee table, a console table or blanket trunk. Measure: 100 cm long.
Its general condition is very good, considering its age. Please note that, for a reason I don't know, one of its 2 latches has been drilled.
