This English cocktail cabinet is particularly unusual and elegant. Made of magnificent brown color walnut, from 1950's, it has all glass sides and glass top section.Its top section pops up to reveal a full set of 6 large Baccarat glasses, 2 small Baccarat glasses, 1 shaker, 2 crystal decanters, 1 crystal cigars box. All its glasses are stamped Baccarat.

And when it closes down, one can see its elaborate inside mechanism. Every piece of crystal is hold inside an adjusted shape in the wood. It is a real surprise cabinet as from its exterior , one can't imagine what is inside but when it opens, it is breathtaking with its rising platform full of different size cut crystal glasses...

It locks thanks to its working key. It is a top quality dry bar with solid hardware. This mid-century cocktail bar will add a touch of class to all styles of interiors and will be for sure a great conversation piece.

Art Deco Midcentury Cabinet, Dry Bar in the Style of Borsani and Fontana Arte

This pectacular and very rare art deco midcentury cabinet created by Vittorio Dassi is from the 1940s It features 6 doors opening on various storage compartments .Top left has got 2 shelves as top right opens to reveal a very elegant bar .This bar is lit by the top and has got mirrors on its sides, 1 glass shelf and 2 little shelves hold by silver bronze brackets on its doors. Bottom left section opens on 1 large drawer and bottom right section opens on a series fo drawers. Externally it is made of rich burled walnut and cedar .Each door features gorgeous engraved green Arte Fontana glass handles hold by 2 guilt bronze claws. Its base is very elegant too, with its sculptural shape ,its brass trim and its central Arte Fontana glass decor. Its top is in black opaline. It is a top of the range quality piece of furniture as the front of its drawer and its doors are very deep and sturdy. This Art Deco Midcentury cabinet is a real Italian masterpiece of the period, in very good condition with slight signs of wear consistent with age and gentle use. Very clean interior. It has to its original 4 working keys. This credenza is the style of Paolo Buffa, Guglielmo Ulrich, Gio Ponti, Vittorio Dassi, Michele Merighi, or Ico Parisi.

Canteen of Cutlery Cabinet on Stand

This exceptional canteen table is very elegant as it features a beautiful serpentine front shape. It is all flamed walnut, in a very warm golden color. It is a 2 sections piece of furniture, with its stand (including 1 drawer) and its removable canteen chest wit its 4 fitted drawers. They lock thanks to locking pilasters on each side.

Canteen removable from the stand if required, with 2 carry solid brass side handles . When you lift its top, it reveals 1 fitted tray complete with its spectacular set of cutlery, horizontally displayed but also under its lid a series of knives and forks...

Its emerald green inside highlights the brillance of silverware. It is a 12 place setting with 105 pieces by John Round and Sons from Sheffield.

Each piece features an engraved "A" initial. Silver Plated- Bakelite handles to the knives and forks. 12 Place Setting 153 Pieces circa 1920 Sepentine Table H = 113 cm D = 45 cm L = 57 cm H opened = 150 cm The set of cutlery is complete, no missing piece and in very good condition.

Pair of Large Iridescent Pearly Murano Glass Vases by Costantini

This spectacular pair of murano glass Vases has got a very unusual golden color that goes from deep beige to light gold and iridescent according to surrounding colors and light.

This special effect is due to a specific treatment of glass in order to get this pearly iridescent nuance. Moreover they were entirely made by hand in Venice , including each glass decor, for a very lively effect...

Mid-Century Bar Cart / Trolley, Louis Sognot, France, Baccarat Crystal Glasses

This fabulous vintage bar cart from Louis Sognot features rounded sides with copper slats all around. Its general shape evokes a nautical accent. To open it and reach glasses and bottles, its glass top lifts and can be used to put glasses on. Inside is fully fitted with copper circles to store 6 bottles and 2 sets of 12 glasses on 2 levels.. It is in beautiful condition. and it is complete with its 2 sets of 12 Baccarat glasses. Each glass bears the round Baccarat stamp.

It has got 3 legs with castors and copper fittings.

This cocktail cabinet reminds classic ocean liner styling including a rounded end with copper wire railings, simulating a ship deck. It is made of solid beechwood in a very nice toffee color with curved sides and a hinged, brass framed glass top. Rolls easily on three wheels.

Louis Sognot (1892-1970) was a Parisian designer influenced by Art Deco and Cubist aesthetics. He created ocean liners furniture and interior design and was working with other famous designers as Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriand.
